There is no way to distinguish
the place where the radiance of evening
touches the face of God.
Just fingers of grace-soaked light
long, drawling and sure,
that pull at the last, dark places
and weed them out of the heated ground
to die quietly in the burning
breath of love, and then
to live again.
Ooh – killer word choices. Love how your test is also a sunset. Cool.
Thanks, Melody. The picture was what inspired this one.
A stunner. I know I get a lot of inspiration from a great image…
Yea, except you’re an actual photographer. I shamelessly steal mine!
There are limits to what I can do, though. As I don’t travel much, I have a very localized crop. Sometimes I see an image and wish I had taken it. So use what moves you, I say!
The Internet is such a glorious storehouse of rich images. I just make sure I appropriately credit. I couldn’t remember from whence this particular one came!
It’s a gem, for sure.

I’m taking a 10 week course at the moment. Reblogging really isn’t that lazy is it?
